Information created through use

Sajilo records the information needed to keep accounts secure and features synchronized, such as session data, timestamps, membership and role changes, poll responses, game activity, and basic technical request information. We do not currently use third-party advertising trackers.

How we use information

• Provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve Sajilo.
• Authenticate accounts and enforce club, event, poll, and document permissions.
• Deliver invitations, responses, notifications, live-game state, and other features you request.
• Prevent abuse, protect users, and meet legal obligations.
• Respond to support inquiries and communicate important service changes.

Visibility and sharing

Your chosen settings determine who can see content. Public stories and public club profiles may be visible to anyone. Private clubs, invitations, polls, documents, and management tools are limited to the people or link holders you authorize.

• Service providers may process information only to operate infrastructure or deliver a feature for us.
• We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and service integrity.

Cookies and sessions

Sajilo uses essential cookies and browser storage for sign-in, security, CSRF protection, PWA behavior, and restoring live-game participation on the same device. These are operational, not advertising cookies. Blocking them may prevent sign-in or live features from working correctly.

Retention

We retain information while it is needed for your account, the feature you use, security, or legal obligations. Organizers may retain club, event, tournament, poll, and game records as part of their workspace. Backups and security logs may remain for a limited period after active records are removed.

Your choices

• Review and update profile information from your account.
• Use visibility and audience controls for stories, clubs, invitations, polls, and games.
• Ask us to access, correct, export, or delete personal information, subject to identity verification and lawful retention requirements.
• Leave a club or stop participating in an event or game when the feature permits.

Security

We use access controls, password hashing, CSRF protection, secure deployment settings, and permission checks designed to protect information. No online system is risk-free, so use a unique password and avoid sharing private links or access codes beyond their intended audience.

Children

Sajilo is designed for community use but is not directed to children who cannot legally consent to online services. Clubs involving minors must be administered by responsible adults with appropriate permission and safeguarding practices. Contact us if you believe a child’s information was provided improperly.

Sajilo is operated from Holly Springs, North Carolina, USA. We may update this notice as the service develops. Material changes will be communicated through the application or another reasonable method.
