Using Sajilo

These Terms govern your access to Sajilo and its stories, invitations, clubs, tournaments, polls, document tools, and live games. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Notice.

You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you use Sajilo for a club or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it.

Accounts and security

• Provide accurate information and keep it current.
• Protect your password, recovery information, room codes, and shared management links.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account or a club workspace has been accessed without permission.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by law.

Community content

You keep ownership of stories, images, invitations, club information, and other content you submit. You give Sajilo a limited permission to store, process, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate the service and according to the visibility and sharing choices you select.

• Only upload content you own or are permitted to use.
• Do not publish unlawful, deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, invasive, or dangerous content.
• Respect privacy, image rights, intellectual property, and the safety of children and other community members.

Clubs, events, polls, and games

Organizers control their club membership, event invitations, polls, teams, tournaments, and game rooms. Sajilo provides coordination tools but is not the organizer, referee, venue operator, payment provider, or emergency service.

• Organizers must communicate rules, eligibility, schedules, costs, safety needs, and cancellations clearly.
• Poll and game results are informational and should not be used for unlawful discrimination or high-stakes decisions.
• Room codes and shared links should be sent only to the intended audience.

Acceptable use

• Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, scrape private data, distribute malware, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent an affiliation.
• Do not use Sajilo to spam, harass, exploit, or endanger anyone.
• Do not automate activity in a way that harms reliability or other users.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Sajilo reliable, but features may change, pause, or become unavailable. We may update these Terms when the service or applicable requirements change. Material updates will be presented through the service or another reasonable notice before they take effect.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Sajilo at any time. We may restrict or close accounts that materially violate these Terms, create safety or security risks, or misuse the service. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

Disclaimers and responsibility

Sajilo is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. You remain responsible for your content, events, club operations, game decisions, and interactions with other people. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing terms and contact

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of North Carolina and the United States, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Before starting formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us so we can try to resolve the concern directly.
